Recipe of Black Gram Porridge

Recipe of black gram porridge is very simple.

Soak 4 table spoons of black gram in water for 2 to 3 hours.

Wash the external black layer.

Grind it well with little water.

Add one cup of fresh full cream milk, 2 tsp of sugar, some pinches of pepper and cumin seeds and a pinch of salt.

Stir it well on low flame till it become semi solid.

Serve warm.

Very helpful for skin and especially a protein source for children.
